Today's leaders must be "different" because today's followers are "different."
TACA Committees allow members to look at themselves with an eye for improvement and create satisfaction regarding their leadership role in the association and industry. Committee members work as a team with others who share a common interest and passion for the aggregates and concrete industry.
We encourage any TACA member to volunteer in a committee so they can uncover the reasons why individuals should take an active role in their association.
