2011 State Legislative Agenda

Promote sustainable funding levels and efforts for state infrastructure sectors that positively affect economic development, job creation, and the aggregate, concrete, cement, and related industries;

Support legislation to promote economic development by prohibiting or restricting unreasonable county or local regulation of aggregate, concrete, cement, and related industries;

Promote, maintain and obtain uniform and predictable statewide permitting and related application processes for aggregate, concrete, cement, and related industries;

Actively engage in federal legislation or regulation that affects aggregate, concrete, cement, and related industries;

Support reasonable efforts to regulate water for pumping or use.
