Who should attend: TACA members with more than five (5) years in the industry and those that have attended the Beginners TACAMP. However, it is not mandatory to take the beginners course prior to taking the advanced course.
Course Overview: This course will be a “case based” presentation/ discussion with attendees. Prior to attending, participants will receive several real world and industry based cases on topics such as quality control, operations, general business, safety, human resources, etc. During the course, groups will be composed of participants of differing industry experience in an effort to arrive at a team based solution. The group's solutions will be presented to the class for discussion.
