Pre-Annual Meeting Function
TACA Community Service Project
Join the Emerging Leaders for a Community Service Project on-site at the JW Marriott. Through physical and monetary donations, we will gather supplies and stuff backpacks at the Annual Meeting in 2026. Our stretch goal is to stuff 1,000 backpacks that will be distributed through a charity of choice in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. Please make plans to participate in this important and fulfilling event and give back to the community.
Register for the community service project in the online registration process. An option to donate to the TACA Foundation (a 501c6 non-profit) is available in registration as well.

Annual Meeting Check-In and Reception
Annual Meeting check-in opens at 4:00 PM. Check-in with TACA, pick up your name badge and sponsored giveaways. Join your fellow TACA members at this reception with light hors d’oeuvres and refreshing drinks.

TACA Member Showcase
TACA is offering a limited number of Member exhibit spaces that will showcase during Annual Meeting. Feature your company in front of Allied & Producer members across the state by becoming an Exhibitor. Member companies of TACA will display their products and services and be available for questions during the meeting. Exhibitor spaces are available for TACA Members only. Youth Evening Activity Room
Each evening (Wednesday-Friday) TACA will offer a monitored youth activity room for $40 per child per night. Hours will be 5:00-10:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday for youth 4 to 12 years old. Dinner will be provided. Activities include special entertainment, art projects, board games, and movies.

Thursday Morning General Session and Breakfast
The Annual Meeting kicks off at 8:00 AM with the traditional singing of the National Anthem and pledge of allegiance, the Producer and Allied Membership Meetings, and State of TACA presentation, Legislative Update, and Committee Roundtable Discussion.

Spouse, Guest, and Youth Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast will be available for registered and paid spouses, guests and their children on Thursday, June 11th & Friday, June 12th at 9:00 AM. Please indicate your guest's attendance at the breakfast(s) during the registration process.
Lady's Candle Making Party by Mixology Candle Bar (Spouse Activity)
There is an additional $25 per person fee for this activity.
Craft your personalized candle! Choose from 10 color options for the 11oz. glass vessel (holder), 25 fragrance oils, and pour your custom candle.

Golf Tournament at the Canyons Golf Course
Please Note: The tournament will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, June 11th.
The tournament is limited to 120 golfers.
There is an additional $250 per-golfer fee to participate in the golf tournament (Last minute fee after 5/31 is $300).
A tournament-style course designed to test the best players in the world. Due to the differing topography, The Canyons course offers more dramatic elevation changes with corridors providing panoramic views of the protected, adjacent nature preserve. The Canyons course is as scenic as it is player-friendly offering wide fairways, noble trees, and vista views of the surrounding Cibolo Canyons. Eighteen holes, 7106 yards, Par 72. Caddie services are available upon request.

There will be an 18-hole-scored golf tournament. Teams will play 18 consecutive holes. The event will be scored and the team who performs the best to par out of the holes they played will be deemed the winner.
If you are putting a golf team together, please make sure you contact everyone on your team in advance. Teams will consist of four (4) players.
Golf Club Rental
Rentals are $99/set + tax and the options are as follows: TaylorMade, Mizuno, Callaway, Titleist. They will go on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Reserve your clubs by completing the credit card authorization form and sending it to Justin Ortiz at JustinOrtiz@pgatourtpc.com.
Golf Attire: Denim, cut-off shorts, and T-Shirts are prohibited and Bermuda length shorts are required if pants are not worn. TPC San Antonio is a soft-spike shoe facility. Please note that individuals not conforming to this dress code will not be allowed on the golf course. Tennis shoes are welcome if golfers do not have golf shoes.
Sporting Clay Tournament at Joshua Creek Ranch
Please Note: The tournament will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, June 11th.
There is an additional $250 per-person fee to participate in the sporting clays tournament (Last minute fee after 5/31 is $300).
Transportation is provided to Joshua Creek Ranch where the Sporting Clay Tournament will be held.
Located in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, the setting for clay target shooting at Joshua Creek Ranch is one of the most beautiful in the country according to well-traveled shooters. State-of-the-art automatic wireless Promatic traps are set up among oak and elm trees to challenge shooters at 20 stations designed to simulate the flights of various gamebirds. The Texas Hill Country view from every station is spectacular in every season.
You will grouped in teams of 4 people for the tournament.

Mountain Biking at McAllister Park
Please Note: Mountain Biking will take place at 12:00 PM on Thursday, June 11th.
There is no additional fee to participate.
Mountain Biking is at McAllister Park. You must bring your own bike and helmet.
The trails will be suitable for all levels of riders. All participants will need a bike, safety helmet and are required to sign a waiver. Any minors MUST be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Participants will drive on their own to the location. Group meets outside of the hotel main lobby entrance at 12:00PM to caravan together to the park. COMPLETE THE WAIVER HERE.

General Session will reconvene on Friday with a fantastic lineup of expert speakers regarding issues related to the industry, national, and statewide.

Awards presented: TACA STAR Certified companies, annual Safety Contest, Public Appearance, and the TACA Scholarship recipient.

Chair Szecsy's Cocktail Hour Welcoming New Members
All attendees are encouraged to attend and welcome the new members of TACA. All new members will have a New Member ribbon identifying them. Please take a moment to introduce yourself and welcome them to the association.
ANNUAL MEETING GRAND FINALE
Past Chair's Banquet with Featured Comedian
NOTE: This is a 21 and older event.
Banquet Awards and Recognization: TACA Past Chairs of the Board are our guests of honor and will be recognized as well as the 2026 Emerging Leader Graduates, TACA Board of Directors, Allied Board of Directors, outgoing Board of Directors, and Committee Chairs. Everyone is encouraged to attend this dinner to visit with Past Chairs. The recipient of the Driver of the Year, Production Employee of the Year, Sherry L. Moore Industry Professional Award, and Bob R. Beard Good Neighbor Award will be announced at this time.
Outgoing Chair will close the Annual Meeting with the traditional Outgoing Chair’s Remarks and the Passing of the Gavel. Incoming Chair will address the attendees and announce the 73rd Annual Meeting.
