TACA Community Service Project
Join the Emerging Leaders for a children's bike build on-site at the JW Marriott. Be a part of this unique service project and give back to the San Antonio community. Bicycles will be assembled from start to finish.
Through a local children's organization, the bicycles will be distributed to children in the community.
The bicycles are purchased by TACA with funds donated by many TACA member sponsors.
Location for the project is in the JW Marriott.

Annual Meeting R & R (Registration & Reception)
Join your fellow TACA members at registration and a reception with light hors d’oeuvres and refreshing drinks. You may pick up your name badge, event program and other meeting materials at this time.
TACPAC Fundraiser Featuring a Private Diamond Rio Concert and TACPAC Silent Auction
Support the TACPAC and enjoy a great musical experience! Tickets for the private Diamond Rio Concert are available. The ticket includes entry to the private concert and TACPAC Silent Auction on Thursday night. All proceeds for ticket purchases go directly as contributions to the TACPAC*.

Golf Tournaments at the AT&T Oaks and AT&T Canyons Golf Courses
There is an additional per person fee to participate in the golf tournament.
Play golf on one of the two championship golf courses designed by golf legends Greg Norman and Pete Dye at TPC San Antonio- Oaks Golf Course or Canyons Golf Course. Property encompasses 2,800 acres with luxury golf resort amenities.
There will be two 9-hole-scored golf tournaments held simultaneously with a maximum of 100 players each. You may play all 18 holes if you choose, but only the first 9 holes you play will be scored. Teams will play 9 consecutive holes and either continue on for fun, or come off the course, should you wish. The event will be scored and the team who performs the best to par out of the holes they played will be deemed the winner.
Tournaments will be held on Thursday, June 17th afternoon.
If you are putting a golf team together, please make sure everyone on your team is registered for the same golf course. Teams will consist of four (4) players.
Rental Golf Clubs
Rental clubs are available for $79.00 plus tax. Includes two sleeves of golf balls. Inventory ranges from Taylormade, Titleist, Ping, Cobra and Callaway. You will pay the rental fee directly to the golf club the day of the tournament. Please indicate, in the registration process, whether you would like us to reserve a set for you.
Golf shoe rental is also available for $15.
Denim, cut-off shorts, and T-Shirts are prohibited and Bermuda length shorts are required if pants are not worn. TPC San Antonio is a soft-spike shoe facility. Please note that individuals not conforming to this dress code will not be allowed on the golf course.
Sporting Clay Shooting Tournament at National Shooting Complex
There is an additional per person fee to participate in the sporting clay shoot.
Tournament will be held on Thursday, June 17th afternoon
The National Shooting Complex is one of the premier shooting facilities in the world, spanning 671 acres of San Antonio countryside. In addition, it is the venue for a wide range of shooting and non-shooting events for thousands of serious competitors, casual shooters, and outdoors enthusiasts each year.
Includes transportationfrom the JW Marriott to the shooting facility and returning, Certified Instructors, shotguns (participants are welcome to bring their own), ammunition, eye and ear protection, bottled water, sodas, Gatorade.
If you are putting together a sporting clay team, please make sure everyone on your team is registered for sporting clays. Teams will consist of four (4) players.
There is no charge for this activity.
Mountain biking on Thursday, June 17th at 1:00 p.m. The trails will be suitable for all levels of riders. All participants will need a helmet and are required to sign a waiver. Any minors MUST be accompanied by their parent or guardian. All participants will need their own mountain bikes and helmet. Participants will drive on their own to the location. Water, Gatorade and sodas will be provided.
Cabanas will be reserved especially for TACA annual meeting participants. Cabanas will be available on Thursday and Friday. They will be marked with an annual meeting sign. Some refreshments will be provided at the cabanas.
Spouse, Guest and Youth Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast will be available for registered and paid spouses, guests and their children on Thursday, June 17th at 9:00 a.m. Please indicate your guest's attendance at the breakfast during the registration process.
Awards presented: Golf tournament winners, sporting clays shoot winner, TACA STAR Certified companies, annual Safety Contest, Public Appearance, Truck Driver of the Year, Production Employee of the Year, Bruce Ingram Excellence in Concrete award, High Early Strength Concrete Competition and the TACA Scholarship recipient.
Chair Greer's Cocktail Hour Welcoming New Members
All attendees are encouraged to attend and welcome the new members of TACA. All new members will have a yellow name badge identifying them. Please take a moment to introduce yourself and welcome them to the association.
Past Chair's Banquet
At the Past Chair’s Banquet, TACA Past Chairs of the Board are our guests of honor and will be recognized as well as the 2020 and 2021 Emerging Leader Graduates, TACA Board of Directors, Allied Board of Directors, outgoing Board of Directors and Committee Chairs. Everyone is encouraged to attend this dinner to visit with Past Chairs.
The recipient of the Bob R. Beard Good Neighbor award will be announced at this time.
Outgoing Chair Jim Greer will close the Annual Meeting with the traditional Outgoing Chair’s Remarks and the Passing of the Gavel. Incoming Chair Bryan Kalbfleisch will address the attendees and announce the 68th Annual Meeting.
Youth Evening Activity Room
Each evening (Wednesday-Friday) TACA will again offer a monitored youth activity room for $25 per child per night. Hours will be 5:00-9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 6:00-10:00 p.m. on Thursday, and 5:30-10:00 p.m. on Friday for youth 4 to 12 years old. Dinner will be provided. Activities include art projects, board games, and movies. On Thursday night, there will be special entertainment in the youth room.
*TACA is not responsible for any accounting related to your registration for the TACPAC Concert, including any Ethics Commission reporting requirements you or your company may be subject to concerning political contributions for reimbursement of your purchase. Please note that participation in the Concert is completely voluntary and the purchase price for Concert tickets will be reported as contributions to TACPAC. TACPAC fundraising efforts shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law, including the reporting of contributions received by TACPAC.
