TACPAC Golf Tournament

The TACPAC golf tournament is a fundraiser for TACA's political action committee. TACPAC is critical to the strategy that TACA membership uses to advocate for our industry.

Registration Fees
Registration fees should be paid with personal funds as they go directly as contributions to TACPAC.
Member Golfer Fee (one player) $150
Nonmember Golfer Fee (one player) $300
Includes: green fees, lunch, drinks on the course, and post-tournament reception with two drink tickets for one person.

Member Golf Team (four players) $600
Nonmember Golf Team (four players) $1,200
Includes: green fees, lunch, drinks on the course, and post-tournament reception with two drink tickets each for four people.

Member Spectator Fee (one person) $50
Nonmember Spectator Fee (one person) $100
Includes: lunch and post-tournament reception with two drink tickets for one person.

Corporate sponsorships are available for the Golf Tournament. Benefits are listed with each sponsorship. Sponsorships are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Corporate sponsorship funds go directly to PAC administrative costs. Choose your sponsorship during the registration process.
Presenting Sponsor $3,000 SOLD
Be the headlining sponsor at the golf tournament. Your company logo will be incorporated into the event logo which will be displayed and printed on all signage. Your company logo will also be on event emails, event webpage, and announced at tournament.
Golf Cart Sponsor $1,500 SOLD
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, displayed on each golf cart, and company announced at tournament.
Score Card Sponsor $1,500
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, placed on score cards distributed to all players, and company announced at tournament.
Hole Sponsor $1,000
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, booth at an assigned hole near a tee box, and company announced at tournament.  You must bring your own set-up (i.e.-tables, chairs, and canopy).
Beverage Cart Sponsor $750
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, signage on beverage cart, and company announced at tournament.
Lunch Sponsor $500
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, signage at the lunch prior to the tournament, and company announced at the tournament.
Awards Reception Sponsor $500 
Company logo included on event emails and webpage, signage at the reception after the tournament and company announced at the tournament.

Hotel Room The TACA room block is closed. However, we may still be able to get a hotel room for you at the TACA rate of $259/night at Horseshoe Bay Resort for the nights of November 28 and 29. Contact TACA directly at 512-451-5100 if you need a room reservation at the hotel.

Golf Dress Code
The fundamental concept of the dress code is respect for fellow golfers of the Club. Men and Women are required to wear the proper attire while using the practice facility and playing the course. Shorts are permitted for both men and women, but must be appropriate in length, shirts must have a collar, or be an approved mock neck golf shirt. Denim such as jeans and jean shorts, cut-offs, bathing suits, tank tops, t-shirts, halter tops, etc. are not permitted on the golf course are practice areas. Golf hats and visors must be always worn with the bill forward. 

*TACA is not responsible for any accounting related to your registration for the TACPAC Golf Tournament, including any Ethics Commission reporting requirements you or your company may be subject to concerning political contributions for reimbursement of your purchase. Please note that participation in the golf tournament is completely voluntary and the purchase price for registration fees will be reported as contributions to TACPAC. TACPAC fundraising efforts shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law, including the reporting of contributions received by TACPAC.
