TACPAC is critical to the strategy that TACA membership uses to advocate and help shape government and regulatory policy for our industry. Your TACPAC is a state approved political action committee that abides by State and local campaign laws while representing our Membership from the courthouse to the White House every day.
Monetary Contributions allow TACPAC a broader ability to represent, advocate, and educate legislators on behalf of our Membership. All TACPAC fundraising efforts shall be conducted in accordance with applicable law, including the reporting of contributions received by TACPAC.
